Ryan Devlin is an American actor, writer and producer. Devlin portrays Billy Cordero on CW dramedy Jane the Virgin.
Career
His career began in 2000 when he was a host of ET on MTV, a weekend Entertainment Tonight show geared to the MTV audience. He has hosted a variety of shows as well as acted, directed and produced. Perhaps his first notable role was Mercer Hayes on Veronica Mars, where he played a campus rapist.
